Corzine Farms had its humble beginnings in 2015 with a garden maintained throughout the week and camping on the land they now call home. JR Corzine’s parents bought the land in Bethel Springs with intentions of retiring there. After his father’s unexpected passing, the couple bought a portion of the land from his mother.

After spending the last 6 years tending to the land, camping, and gardening; the Corzine family decided to sell everything they had and make a permanent move to McNairy County. JR had an extensive background in landscaping, in 2019 he completed the UT Farm Academy in Shelby County, and in 2020 the couple was awarded the Most Improved Beginning Small Farmer by Tennessee State University College of Agriculture.

Stacy and JR grew up next door to each other, started dating in the 8th grade, and spent their years in high school dreaming of the life they were going to build together. All the way down to writing out their dreams in a notebook they still have to this day. They were even Prom King and Queen in 1998. They had four children together - Alexis, Ava, Austin, and Ayden. The couple is also spending their 25th year together this year. They made the move to McNairy County in 2021,  began building their dream homestead, and opened up their roadside farmstand this year.

They sell excess produce from their garden, various baked goods such as: sourdough bread, garlic knots, and sweets, flowers, and eggs. In the future they hope to expand the farmstand and include items such as fresh bacon, beef, and other goods.

You can follow their journey by searching Corzine Farms on all social media platforms! They hope to further their involvement in surrounding communities by attending local farmer’s markets. You can shop their roadside stand at 162 Chambers Chapel Lane, Bethel Springs, TN.
